Order early because when our supply is gone – they are gone! The recipe for our delicious Moon Cakes, is in “Cooking with Jie Jie”, our cookbook that is available for sale by clicking here (The proceeds from every “Cooking with Jie Jie” cookbook sold will be used to support an orphanage preschool). Since Jie Jie Foundation began in 2005, over $10,000 has been used to enhance the lives of orphaned Chinese children. To date, JJF has purchased books and school supplies for orphans in multiple provinces, supported orphanage preschools in Anhui and Hubei, purchased hard drives for several young women from the Tibetan Autonomous Region who are now attending college after growing up in an orphanage, and helped to pay tuition for a young lady attending a University in Wuhan, Hubei.
